Positive: Stunning location, beautiful rooms which were large and have everything you need - fridge, water, coffee, safe, hair dryer, and robes. The balcony was gorgeous and felt secluded. Staff were friendly, entertainment in the evening was fun, and they were able to book activities (quad biking) quickly.

Negative: Limited choice of food which was ok but not as nice as other places we have stayed. The staff were lovely but service was really slow- potentially due to needing more staff.

Positive: Beautiful location. Lovely design, tents, pool and common areas. Staff helpful, polite and friendly

Negative: Not great organisation. Front desk and in restaurants everyone very helpful but things didn't get done quickly or efficiently. The door on our tent didn't shut properly. It seemed safe there so I didn't bother asking to get if fixed. After my first experience of front desk, I decided that the less I had t engage with them, the more relaxed I'd be. Food good, not great

Positive: Stunning place in the desert with breathtaking views of the mountains. Very welcoming staff. Very comfortable rented accommodation where everything is considered.

Negative: The food was ok but lacked variety. When busy the service could be slow and sporadic.
