Summary: Hotel was great, very clean and the rooms look like they were renovated not too long ago. Food and drinks were also good. The only negative feedback is regarding to the ski/snowboard equipment available for rent. The equipments are very worn down and I while I would definitely stay again at the hotel, I would certainly look somewhere else to rent ski equipment.

Summary: Probably the Best Staff I've ever seen in Turkey. In addition, the food is great, the building is well sealed and the Telefric is only few meters from the hotel.

Summary: Excellent hotel. Very nice staff. Food and drinks almost through out the day. The skiing center is good.and in the hotel itself. Walking distance from bursa telfrek which makes it easy access to reach to and from bursa even with lots of bags. Only the internet keep disconnecting and asking passwords which can be improved.
