Positive: The position, the large comfortable room, the underground parking, the breakfast, the helpful staff.

Negative: I needed to it blankets on the bed as it was cold, but this was a minor inconvenience, as the blankets were in the wardrobe.

Positive: Great position just a block back from the beach, lovely pool, garden and outside spaces, really well tended & maintained. Wonderful breakfast included in our deal - Great. Room with balcony overlooking the pool was cool, well AC’d, spacious etc Powerful shower too in the bathroom Despite being out of season there were plenty of local restaurants open for dinner most nights. Overall a nice relaxing stay.

Negative: Requested a ‘big bed’ but got Twin beds pushed together - not quiet the same!

Summary: Beach resort, slightly out of season, still very nice. Hotel has wonderful crystal clear pool with plenty of sun-lounger

Positive: The pool area was ok, very nice kids pool, there is no cover for it, but it means that the water is much warmer there and that is a good thing for kids. The adults pool was quite cold (we were there at the end of May), but that is refreshing if the day is hot, not great if it isn't. The staff was helpful, especially the gentleman with a limp at the dinner service, he always tried to help me with information on foods as I am dairy free. Location is good for the beach.

Negative: Lots of areas are not cared for, even the tennis courts, the net is broken, the area around looks awful as nobody is caring for it. I would not say the hotel deserves 4 stars. The food was ok, very limited options, repetitive. Ice cream machine was taken away as soon as there were more children. I am dairy free, so there were very limited options for me, not much apart from eggs and salad at breakfast. Nothing available for dairy free in deserts apart from oven baked apple. And I had to ask every time what I can eat and what not, no signs of allergens etc.
