Summary: The hotel is in an awesome spot. Close to Dontonbori and the staff are amazing. My rating was solely based on the hotel building itself. The air conditioning barely worked. The floor hallways looks like they do not vacuum it. The rooms are out dated along with the furniture. It definitely needs a remodel.

Summary: This hotel is in the best location possible, the metro entrance is right in front of it!! Room is standard small, but not the smallest we’ve had in Japan! Bed was comfortable and the room was clean, as usual in Japan!
