Negative: The balcony door is not able to lock and it didn’t repair before we came. We are concerned on the security. On the last day morning, there is not hot water supply. The self checked in instructions only given upon deposit maintenance paid. The deposit only requested when we were on the road. We had issue with online payment and the self checked in didn’t come when we arrive at 22:30. We almost unable to enter the apartment. After our online deposit payment went through, the self checked instructions was sent. It was an unpleasant experience.

Positive: Our stay at Agréable 3 pièces avec Parking à La Courneuve Gare was comfortable overall. The apartment's location is very convenient, being just 200 meters from the backside exit of the La Courneuve metro station and 300 meters from the main exit. This proximity to public transport made getting around Paris easy and efficient. The safety measures at the apartment are noteworthy. The entrance to the gate and the building itself is secured with multiple safe codes, which provided a strong sense of security throughout our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with sufficient utensils and appliances, allowing us to manage light cooking during our stay. This was particularly helpful and added to the convenience and homely feel of the accommodation.
Negative: Unfortunately, we encountered a couple of significant issues during our stay. First and foremost, we experienced a problem with the hot water, which was not available at all. Upon contacting the owner, we learned that there was a gas leakage in the parking area, which caused the hot water supply to be cut off. As tourists, it was quite challenging to manage without hot water, especially given the cold temperatures. Additionally, there was a water leakage from the bathroom flush tank. This issue caused the bathroom floor to become wet quickly, leading to some discomfort and inconvenience. I would strongly recommend that the owner addresses such issues before allowing guests to check in. Ensuring that all amenities are in proper working condition would significantly enhance the comfort of the stay. Another point of concern is related to safety around the metro station. The main exit of the station often had individuals who appeared to be intoxicated and engaging in questionable activities on the pavements and roadsides. This environment did not feel safe, particularly after 8 or 9 pm. I found it much safer to use the backside exit of the station, although it would be beneficial to have a stronger police presence in the area to enhance safety. In conclusion, while the apartment itself was comfortable and well-located, the issues with hot water and bathroom leakage need to be resolved to improve the overall experience. Addressing safety concerns around the metro station would also contribute to a more pleasant stay.
