Positive: We loved the view overlooking mountains along with the beds above the kitchen. The layout of the property was very spacious, comfortable, and modern. Fantastic for groups as the location is walking distance to wherever you need to go.
Negative: Can get a bit chilly sleeping in the kitchen as the windows do not have proper insulation, can feel a direct draft in the winter.
Summary: Spacious, clean and gorgeous landscape views.

Positive: The location and the views of the apartment are amazing. Well-equipped, also.
Negative: The bed wasn’t very comfortable for a tall person because of the foodboard. The pillows and the mattress can also be improved.

Positive: Nice apartment in Briançon close to the town centre and supermarkets. The apartment had plenty of room for 3 persons and it had enough facilities for a 1 week stay. Many people say that the helicopters landing and taking off at the Briançon hospital heliport are annoying, but they were not. If you're a mountaineer and will be out during the day, you will only encounter some landings in the evening. Also, helicopters do not fly at night, so it's not a big deal.
Negative: Hoovering was mandatory before leaving the apartment. Moreover, the guest was not in town when we arrived, so another person came to give us the keys. That person only spoke French and it was tricky to comunicate with him/her.
