Positive: We really liked the location — the road to the place is a bit narrow, but that’s no surprise in Italy — and we loved the atmosphere. The interior is decorated with a lot of old stuff, which we really liked. Oh, and there were also some goats. Unfortunately, they weren’t in a place where guests could easily pet or cuddle them. But the owner was very kind and showed them to us.

Negative: The restaurant or grocery store is a bit far away, and the breakfast was a bit weak.

Positive: Every piece of this property is made with attention to detail. From the paintings on the walls, thoughtful indoor and outdoor spaces and guides to offer something immersive to your stay such as walking forest trails, waterfalls and hand drawn explanations of how they make chestnut flour. On top, their amazing hand made foods made me truly appreciate the richness the land has to offer! Their goats and chickens also made for nice companions to share the morning with! Thank you and I will be back :)
