Positive: Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Lovely pool and beautiful views. Cosy apartment and plenty of parking spaces. Also close to Cortona which is very beneficial.

Positive: The pool and garden were amazing and very well maintained. The apartment we stayed was very spacious and well supplied with all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable. And lastly the hosts , Simioneta and Dimtri were the best with very good advice and recomandations to make our trip to Tuscany a truly beautiful holiday.

Positive: The relaxed atmosphere, the excellent grounds with pool and the views. The on site restaurant was a real bonus and the food was excellent and reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. The apartment was well equipped and charming with wood beams.
Negative: Nothing! We had 3 very relaxing days at this property which was a good base to explore more of Tuscany.
Summary: Superb, from start to finish - highly recommended

Positive: Lovely location great for couples and families. Near to the medieval town of Cortona. Lots to do including swimming pool, pretty and large grounds, lots of animals. Large room which had a bedroom, two bathroom areas and seating. Also enjoyed the two comfy chairs outside to relax in. We enjoyed the restaurant and had breakfast and dinner every evening. High quality food. Very helpful staff who really care about giving their guests a wonderful experience. We will be back and hoping to bring the family next time.
Negative: WiFi signal was variable but other than that everything was great.
Summary: Exceeded our expectations. Wonderful location and great value for money.

Positive: A beautifully kept restful farmhouse in a wonderfully quiet agricultural area. The rooms were huge with wonderful facilities for living and cooking which unfortunately we did not use. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I was very tempted to steal one of the pillows which were sensationally good. Simonetta is a wonderful, helpful hostess and it was such a pleasure to hear the history of this old farmhouse, the family and her feelings about life in general. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, what a wonderful find! I wish we could have stayed longer
