Positive: Beautiful setting and facilities. Very charming, matches photos. Host helped us figure out things like ZTL which was above and beyond.

Negative: Charging for every little thing. Would be better to raise nightly cost and not have à la carte pricing. Or if à la carte, closer to other market rates at comparable places. 30 euro for dinner did not include wine nor water. Also quoted 25 but charged 30. The manifold on the shower was so hot it burned us in one of the rooms (probably close to the boiler and not thermostat-regulated). Possible to lock key inside room and be locked out over night. We fortunately had two rooms for our group.

Summary: Really promising place. It is quite beautiful and well run, with some issues that could easily be addressed.

Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make dinner work for us (travelling with our 10 month old daughter)! The atmosphere, the gardens, and the buildings were all amazing! It’s a beautiful old farmhouse and grounds, lots of places to relax and enjoy the space.

Negative: The bathroom was quite damp. We realise it is an old house, but would have enjoyed it even more with a better ventilated and freshened up.
