Positive: We liked everything! It is a beautiful house with very comfortable rooms and bathrooms and a lovely garden. Breakfast is very tasty and served in a wonderfully arranged gazebo.

Positive: Everything was perfect!!! The room is spacious, very clean, the location close to the motorway, breakfast was 100% homemade and they served it in a wonderful garden. The staff was extremely kind, always smiling and helpful. I highly recommend the place. We will definetely return there.

Positive: Lovely property in rural location but close enough to Rimini, San Marino and various hilltop villages. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of parking. Christina and Lucia are lovely and go out of their way to make your stay a wonderful one. Very nice breakfast too.
Negative: Perhaps some of those plug in insect repellents I the room would be a good addition. Not a major issue though as everything was excellent.

Positive: The owner, Valentina, is very helpful and kind. The house is well organized and clean. The bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is also very nice with fresh food. You can park easily at the backyard of the house.
