Positive: Everything was fantastic in this place. Breakfast was the highlight of the day, and from there you can go on and visit the beautiful surroundings, charged with delicious homemade treats. The host was always available and extremely caring for the place and the guests. I would highly recommend it for a getaway with family and friends, and we will go back for sure.

Positive: The apartment had everything we needed for our week-long stay. Nadia was incredibly friendly, accommodating and welcoming. In less than a 10min drive you have a well-stocked supermarket and a local restaurant with a great selection of local dishes and a vast wine list. The property is beautifully maintained and feels very safe.

Positive: Breakfast excellent. Fantastic swimming pool. Hosts and staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, very helpful indeed. Good value for money and good sized accommodation in the two apartments we rented for family of 4 adults. Very handy location (if you’ve got transport) for Perugia and Assisi, which was beautiful. Plenty of outside space with seating and parasols. Very good pool terrace.
Negative: Bed mattresses not very comfortable, perhaps time to replace them. Lights occasionally flickered but I’ve experienced this in other rural parts of Italy. Fine most of the time. A bit of traffic noise from nearby road, but it’s rural and not too busy. It never disturbed us.
Summary: We would definitely stay again.
