Positive: The beds was very comfortable and pleasent hide from hot weather. The staff was responsive and nice.
Negative: One of the main reasons we chose this accommodation was the swimming pool, as we were traveling with child and wanted her to have a fun and relaxing time. However, the pool was not at all as shown in the photos. The water was very dirty and murky — so cloudy that we couldn’t see the bottom — which made it feel unhygienic. This was extremely disappointing and affected our overall experience. The rest of the outdoor area also appeared poorly maintained and in need of attention. On a more positive note, the room itself was mmcomfortable and equipped with air conditioning. However, the built-in hair dryer was broken, and the bathroom lighting was very dim, which made it inconvenient to use.

Positive: staff very friendly and welcoming. our room was clean and quiet with comfortable bed. food was excellent for breakfast lunch and dinner. the location was perfect for our purposes, we were looking for something close to Vittuone and Corbetta.
Negative: the property is very large and certain aspects were not well kept, required maintenance or upkeep or just cleaning up. I suspect it is a lot of work for the small staff that runs the place

Negative: Need to wait a little bit to get warmer water (not hot) in the shower, designed for heating devices was not adjusted (I would assume were adjusted fhe next day it was reported)
