Positive: The breakfast was good and person serving it very friendly. The apartment was very clean and the area is beautiful.

Negative: Closed restaurant should be made more obvious. I think it’s open Wednesday to Saturday. The apartment did not even have a tea bag. Strange these days. We were warned that we had to clean the kitchen if we used it - unlikely having arrived for one night at 7pm. Arrival welcome was friendly but not hospitable- we were left with a list of local restaurants most of which were closed.

Summary: Disappointed - we stay so often in Agriturismos and we felt less welcome here.

Positive: Classic Italian farmstay in rolling hills of vinyards, olive trees, and other fruit orchards. Delicious homemade pastries at breakfast and excellent carefully prepared meals at the restaurant paired with fine wines made at the property. The host family were very friendly, attentive, and helpful, even though busy with harvest and other guests. The area is quiet and relaxing, a relatively short walk to Torre di Oriolo, and reasonably close to Faenza - we recommend the Museum of Ceramics.

Positive: The location is so lovely surrounded by vineyard, olives trees, lavendels, and many more trees. This agriturismo has a very good restaurant with regional foods and selling their wines and olive oils. The owner and staffs are very helpful and kind hearted.
