Positive: A fantastic end to our vacation sums it up! From the moment we stepped onto the property we knew it felt different… this wasn’t going to be a typical stay! Having spent nearly two months in Italy, a farmstay was much needed and glad that we found the perfect spot (thanks to another guest who recommended this place at another BnB)! From the fabulous breakfasts to the delectable dinners, this must be Valtopina/Umbria’s best kept secret! Francesco & Aida were top notch hosts who mingled with the guests as if we were all family! Adriano made for a great conversation and especially nice to see how the family is all together pitching in! Did i mention the pizza party that ended with some music and dancing? A place that is perfect for kids too? Where else do you find a place like this?? Perfect in every sense - don’t change a thing- you have something special here!! Thank you for the best ending to our vacation! Until we meet again (because i know we will)!! ❤️

Positive: The truth is, I really don't know where to start. From this warm family that takes care of you even after you leave? From this perfect place that was built with two hands and great love ? From the beautiful rooms and the comfortable bed? From the breathtaking panoramic view? The amazing breakfast with all the pastries, cheeses, sausages that are all homemade ? Or sitting around the campfire after dinner? Everything was more than perfect. Dear Francesco ,Ada and sweet Anna, we felt like family with you. We have never felt this way in any accommodation. You have entered our hearts.

Positive: We were welcomed as we arrived by Francesco and Anna and made to feel part of the family. We were offered a wonderful homemade evening meal made with local produce from the farm and locality, excellent! The rural location was fantastic and the dining tables overlooked the beautiful Apennine hills. The evenings were exceptional with deckchairs around a firepit and glowworms in the field adjacent. The accommodation was spacious and comfy. Overall amazing we would loved to go back.

Positive: It was an excellent experience. The hosts were simply amazing, kind, and helpful with everything, making us feel at home. Breakfast and dinner were very good. They made sure we had food to eat according to our preferences too. The farm itself is lovely, secluded, and quiet, but only a few minutes' drive from the village. The room was simple and pleasant, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Within a half-hour drive, you can reach charming villages, and you can also hike in nature in the area. In short, I highly recommend it. We had a wonderful experience!

Positive: A special place in the nature of the Umbrian region. For those looking for peace and a real hospitality experience, especially recommended for families with children who love to travel in nature and are not looking for a touristy place. Ada and Francesco are exemplary hosts - especially warm. Also recommend the excellent pizza evening! The place is simple but clean and warm and in a convenient location on the one hand but isolated on the other. They raise everything themselves and you can see the animals and cattle. It feels like hospitality is their soul. On a cold day we wanted to play cards with the children in the apartment and they quickly bought us a table to enhance the experience. We were very happy to discover this special place and we would love to return. A convenient place for stargazing and hiking trails

Positive: The scenery/landscape/property are spectacular! But…it is not only the property that rises to such excellence: the hosts have also put together an unusually convivial family environment that extends to each and every guest, including their small pets! Breakfasts are local, home made, offer good variety, and are delicious. But in the evenings, for a small additional fee, guests are invited to gather in the common dining room for a daily homemade dinner with homemade wine. Pizza night is especially festive and scrumptious, such that even some members of the public have asked to join. Everyone sits around the table, if they wish, talking, laughing, and sharing sometimes into later in the evenings. But what makes this property truly special is that while there, each guest is considered family! Thus, when special, unplanned needs arise, the hosts go above and beyond to assist the guest. Upon departing from this Agriturismo, one leaves much enriched as a human being, having forged close friendships with hosts and sometimes even former strangers, I.e., one another.

Positive: Lovely location from which to explore the beautiful Umbria region (tips are Spello, Assisi, the cantina's of Montefalco, the lakes in the near Marche and much more). We enjoyed our stay with Francesco, Ada, little Anna and their family, they make you feel at home in their home Fresh eggs right from the chicken, home made cakes, bread and yoghurt and that's only breakfast. You can also have optional dinners with their own produce, cooked with a lot of respect for the ingredients which we can definitely recommend. So don't hesitate and spend some time here to relax, meet the family, the cows, goats en donkey Jaqcomo!

Positive: We had an amazing time staying with Francesco, Ada, Anna and the whole family! We went with our dog and the place is absolutely dog friendly. Our dog had the best time, we did too. Everyone was so kind and the place is incredible. The view is magical. The room is super clean and Ada takes care of it daily. Anna showed us all the animals at the farm. It was so fun. We had amazing dinners; so much good food, wine and grappa! Ada is an excellent cook. There are also lots of nice towns to visit. We are impressed by the whole ambience of this place and the kindness of the family. They make you feel at home. We are definitely coming back! We're missing the family and the place already. We recommend this place to everyone! Go, you won't regret it. It's beautiful!!
