Positive: This place was absolutely magical—like being in a dream. The rolling hills, a little lake you can swim in, and the peaceful surroundings made it such a beautiful stay. The space itself was super charming, spacious and comfortable. What really made it unforgettable was the kindness of the hosts. We lost our car keys and ended up stranded, and they went so far above and beyond to help us. Their daughter drove my husband around town to look for the keys, they opened their kitchen just for us when there was no other way for us to get dinner, and the next morning they even drove us an hour to the train station so we wouldn’t miss our flight. It was truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed, made even better by the kindness of such extraordinary hosts. I would come back to Italy just to stay here again.

Positive: Simone was very accommodating. Location of the property was very good. Views were lovely. Pool was good.
Negative: The room #5 very cave like with only a window in the bedroom and none in living room or bathroom. (Other rooms may be better.) Needed to have lights on all day. Porch was nice but very buggy and facing due west so not usable in the afternoon. Rules were very strict. We alway leave a clean room but here strictly required to wash all dishes, put them away, empty your own garbage, etc. There were pages of rules that were written in a harsh manner. Suggest that they be redone and softened by a native English speaker. Simone, you were great but I notice you always disparage anyone who writes anything at all negative. That can be off putting to people looking at reviews.
Summary: Great location and views. Disappointing apartment.

Positive: We stayed 14 days in this beautiful Agriturismo. The house and the farm is beautiful. Amazing views on Val d’Orcia. Very close to beautiful towns of Pienza and Quirico d’Orcia. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We had all we need during our stay and had dreamt holidays at Palazzo Conti A.
Summary: Perfect vacation under the Tuscan sun :)

Positive: The location and the property were well beyond our expectations. The Val D'Orcia is more spectacular than I could have imagined, and this property really offers so much space to enjoy it. The natural pool was amazing and the sweeping views, kind of indescribable. The hosts were perfectly kind and available. I see what others have said here about them being difficult to reach, and that was not our experience. Fulvia came around right away to check us in when we arrived, and Simone was very available over the booking.com chat to answer questions and honor requests. They are 2 people, who, with a couple of helpers are managing a huge estate and farm. So, folks should not expect this to be a luxury hotel, or for Fulvia and Simone to be trained the kind of service you would get at a luxury hotel. You would easily pay 3-5 times as much for that in this area. They are good people who clearly work very hard and want to do right by their guests. I found them both to be kind, caring and generous. As to the garbage situation every talks about, it was not that complicated, there are waste containers on the road away from the property for everything. No need to take your garbage to a town.
Negative: The apartment was not equipped with kitchen basics like olive oil, salt and pepper. We would really have appreciated those things. The bed was fairly uncomfortable. The heaters didn't work (It was May, so we only barely needed them so I did not inform the hosts. They probably would have fixed them if we had). In general the space was adequate, but in need of updating in terms of bedding and furniture. It would also be so nice if we could have known for sure if we were getting a bath or a shower. On the site it just says "bath or shower." It would be helpful to list rooms separately according to whether or not it has a tub. We were trying to prioritize places with baths and would have chosen that and paid more for it if that were an option. We also could have aske about this and didn't, so that is our responsibility.
