Positive: This was a dream trip to Tuscany, and everything here was even more beautiful and real than a dream. The location is excellent. I originally planned to drive, but had to take public transport due to a license issue. It turned out to be super convenient and cheap. The trip from Florence to Siena and then to Buonconvento went smoothly, and after getting off, it was just a 20-minute walk along a lovely mountain road. The B&B is family-run, simple and warm, just like home. I chose it partly because reviews mentioned their cute dog, and she didn’t disappoint. She’s gentle, well-mannered and affectionate. Sitting with her on the rocking chair, enjoying the dreamlike views of Tuscany, gave me the best memory of the whole journey. I’ll miss her dearly. I didn’t go anywhere else but stayed here for a full, peaceful and wonderful day. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to everyone.

Negative: Restaurant was conveniently closed without any prior notification, not even Google showed it was closed. Was told to go to small village. Again few places open and without prior booking the only option was a fast food pizza place. Asked for availability of place to wash our camper van dishes (water) told not possible, must go to village. Found a tap with hose near the parking lot and washed our dishes anyway. No place to wash clothes.

Positive: Beautiful location a bit out of town, but the perfect place from which to pick up the a Via Francigena. Room was fine. We wanted an early start before the usual breakfast time, and staff prepared one for us and left it outside our door.

Positive: The staff were extremely friendly. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing. The setting was beautiful.

Negative: Our room was very basic and not very large and didn't look like the rooms pictured on the website. The breakfast was definitely not as good as the dinner.

Positive: Lovely property, lovely accommodations and lovely staff. The place is run and managed by the owners who live on the property. Dinner is available on the property and it was nice not to have to go into town after driving for most of the day. Breakfast is EXCELLENT, prepared and served by the owner herself. All food offered at the property is locally grown, fresh and delicious. You are made to feel at home and get a glimpse into local living. A variety of tours are offered, such as, wine tasting, cooking class, 4 hour Tuscany tour and horseback riding. E-bike rentals are also available. Nice area for hiking. Lastly, there is a free spacious parking lot.

Summary: I highly recommend staying here for a unique, up close local Tuscan experience in a beautiful setting.

Positive: We had such a wonderful memorable stay. It was a Tuscan experience straight out of a movie. The staff (family actually) was wonderful and welcoming, the place was beautiful, the surrounding scenery was stunning. The location was fantastic as a base to either go towards siena or montepulciano for a day trip and make some stops at wineries for tastings. We made sure to come back every night for dinner as the food was absolutely fantastic and very reasonably priced. The room was very large, impeccably clean, well decorated. Thea the dog was free to roam around the property, we found that absolutely lovely and became friends with her but that was because we gave her attention, otherwise she seemed to leave the other guests alone (in case that's a concern for you). Agriturismo Percenna was one of the best parts of our trip to italy.

Negative: We got a little confused by a request for advance payment but we straightened it out over the phone and everything was fine.
