Positive: - Delicious breakfast - Breathtaking views of Tuscany - Kind and attentive staff
Negative: - Old and uncomfortable mattress and pillows - Need of maintenance in the apartment (shower drain overflowing, doors that don’t properly close and lack of outlets), making it quite unbalanced for the value that was charged - Restaurant was closed for dinner on most days, and there were little options that required less than 30 min of driving

Positive: Rating for Villa Boscarello Beside the trouble with the "wrong" location it was a great stay. We have been there for just two nights. The staff was great, breakfast was fantastic for italian conditions and the pool is great as well.
Negative: Be careful! They have two locations one is La Selva and the other one is Villa Boscarello on the other side of the street. Unfortunately some of the pictures for La Selva are showing Villa Boscarello. We mainly booked based on the nice pictures. Arrived there they told us that these pictures are from the other location but our booking is in La Selva (80m² appartment two bedrooms for 3 adults). After some discussion they offered us two double bedrooms in Villa Boscarello and we should pay the difference. The difference was 500 € per night!!!! Again after some discussion they offered us a 3 bed room over there for the same price. I purposely asked if it was a double bed and a single bed or sofa and they answered three beds. At the end it turned out that it was a double bed and a sofa :-(.

Positive: We stayed in Villa Boscarello, it is full of charm and character, in a lovely location. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, the choice was plenty, the items fresh! The view was lovely. The lunch was fairly good, fewer options. Dinner was also very good, and the sunset views were superb. They offer their own wine and beer, both were enjoyable. The pool is really nice, perfect for lounging around on warm summer days. Lastly, the staff and owners were very friendly and helpful - made the stay even better!! Overall, had an excellent stay, hope to visit again.
Negative: Had a small issue with the AC, but it was sorted out.
Summary: Just wonderful, hope to visit again!!
