Positive: The apartment and the furniture, the bath and the little supplies of sugar and coffee. The supermarket is in the sane building and the parking is across the street. The center is 10 min walk.
Negative: Very early check out and I didn't see I needed to leave deposit of 50 eur anywhere on booking.com, so that was an unpleasant surprise. Perhaps it was somewhere in fine print. The deposit was returned in 7 days time.

Positive: Big, clean, modern apartment in a good location. It has a nice kitchen which was useful.
Negative: There were lots of maintenance issues during my stay. Dishwasher wasn’t working, plugs in the bedroom didn’t seem to be working, there was no shower curtain or wall mount for the shower head, the couch was starting to fall apart.
Summary: If they fix the relatively minor maintenance issues, this would be a top notch place to stay
