Well appointed, upper level living with jaw dropping ocean views and all day sun to light & bright open plan living spaces. Breath in the sea air from your private balconies, and watch the hive of activity on both ocean & beach beyond, while dining on the entertainer's balcony. You feel you can almost touch the ships coming and going into the port, and enjoy watching swimmers, kayakers, surfers and marine life in one of Napier's few safe swimming beaches which is only a 2 minute walk across the road. We also have 2 kayaks (adult & child) you're welcome to use.

A 15 minute flat walk along the waterfront to the left takes you into the heart of trendy Ahuriri, past playgrounds, the restaurant quay, and into a chic neighbourhood boasting art galleries, antique shops, boutiques as well as a multitude of other eateries. And just beyond this is the local fishing/yacht club where you can fish from the jetty, or hire water sport equipment.
.... A 30 minute flat walk along the waterfront to the right will take you into the heart of the world renowned Art Deco city of Napier, whose attractions include the Earthquake Museum, National Aquarium and Ocean Spa.
We recommend bringing your bikes, skate boards and scooters, fishing rods (as well as your togs!) as just across the road from your holiday retreat is the seaside boardwalk which runs beachside along past the port, parks, bars, cafes, restaurants, an ice cream parlour and even a nearby boutique picture theatre. The Hawkes Bay cycle trail is as extension of this, leading you out of the city in both directions, encompassing over 200 km of cycle trails, for leisure, tourism, wine trailing, or just cycle at your own pace with the kids and discover Napier's many attractions.
