Very quiet, fully renovated in 2012, this 120 m2 air-conditioned villa of 120 m2 is surrounded by an enclosed Mediterranean garden of 1080 m2, with an 11 x 4 m infinity pool and beautiful sea view on the peninsula of Giens, in a residential area of villas in the middle of pine trees.
On the main floor: air conditioning, large 40m2 tiled living room with stove and large south-facing bay windows opening onto a tiled terrace; independent fitted kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, pyrolysis oven, microwave, washing machine) with bay window and window onto terrace; WC with vanity unit; bathroom with double vanity unit, bathtub and Italian shower; a 14 m2 bedroom (double beds 90 x 200) with bay window and two windows onto terrace; a 12.2 m2 bedroom (bed 140 x 190) with two windows and a 6 m2 children's bedroom (2 bunk beds 90 x 90). Summary: We have booked 5 nights in Juin 2018. The lady of the agency was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately she doesn't speek English. The villa is lovely with a splendid pool. However we do have some recommendations for this house. The lock of the gate needs to be repared. Lights in the garden needs to be improved/repared if you arrive in the evening. (very dark garden) Bathroom, the bath screen need to be fixed because of the leeking of water, the big shower doesn't work properly. A little bit of cleaning would be nice alongside the swimmingpool. (a lot of falling leaves). Also cushions for the sun beds would be nice. Nevertheless we had a wonderful time, but these abovementioned recommendations would help for future guests.
