Summary: The staff were helpful in assisting us to resolve the problems caused by Expedia's confusing booking system. The room had a lovely outlook upon the historic Grafton cemetery. But the room itself was quite shabby, there was no daily housekeeping, the staff often don't answer the phone if you ring to query the booking, and the parking is diabolical. If you have a large car you probably won't be able to fit in there.

Summary: Great for the amount you pay. Nice and tidy room for our family of 6 for 2 nights. Gets a bit noisy at night with the traffic and there’s a barking dog chained up across the road that barked all night (only on the first night though). Otherwise would definitely book again just for a place to sleep and not too far from everything. Staff were nice too.
