This 340 sqm contemporary property is in a sought-after neighbourhood north of Aix-en-Provence near historic landmarks and 10 minutes from the town centre.
It is set in 1.5 hectares of grounds with a secure 15 x 9 metre heated swimming pool (two alarms, waterbike and deck), a games area with a trampoline, a boules pitch, a vegetable garden, and several terraces accessed from the living rooms and bedrooms ideal for al-fresco dining (sitting area, dining area, plancha and barbeque).
It includes an air-conditioned double living/reception room with a fireplace, a dining room opening onto a very well-equipped kitchen (benefiting from wide patio windows opening onto the swimming pool and garden), a mezzanine TV lounge and a fitness room. (The mezzanine staircase is unsuitable for young children).
The 5 bedrooms are as follows:
Ground floor: an air-conditioned master suite with a study, dressing room and bathroom. In another wing, three bedrooms each with a bath/shower room (two air-conditioned).
1st floor: a bedroom with a bathroom.
Available from July 24th to August 12th 2023.
For security reasons, the rental is not available for children between the age of one to six years old.
The villa is equipped with an alarm.
5 bedrooms – maximum occupancy 10 (including children).
