Summary: Reasonably new. Quite pricey still for a room. Curtain is dirty with stains and the linen is not properly washed. Location is good.

Summary: Check in and out was easy. The lobby was clean and had free English papers to read. The location is great as there is a good restaurant next door. The room was clean, had good bedding, good internet service, good hot water and was quiet. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Miri.

Summary: This is my second time stay at here but this time the hotel have problem prepared customer’room that already booked on time..my husband and I have to wait 1 hour for them to prepared our room but still the room not have been clean and prepared so we request to change room that already clean..please alert that end of the year is peak season and you need to hire more housekeeping !!

Summary: Very amazing and convrnient to stay. Affordable. With strong wifi. Restaurant just a minute away. Small shop just beside the ceck in counter. Friendly staff at counter. Good parking space with security at front door.
