Summary: This was another stay at Ajman Hotel out of multiple in succession since early 2000s. As ever, we have enjoyed the superb beach, the classy hotel (with all rooms having a magnificent view on the Gulf), the most welcoming atmosphere, and the nice gym and sauna, this time added with the lovely new pool facilities. But probably the most precious asset here are the people, many of whom have been with the hotel for decades. To name a few: Fatima the receptionist who was the first to welcome us and checked us in lightning-fast; Mr. Ali the chief manager who has always been in charge of our comfort and good moods; Svetlana, Anastasiya, Jayann, Amina, Abdous, Jeomar, Asha, Malsha, Anu, Bishal, Min, Nizar, chef Nicolia and chef Fahad who made our gastronomic dreams come true; the security guys who took care of us at the pool and on the beach; the cleaning team who made our room so cozy and clean… Sorry, can’t name everybody. We just hope to come back again and again.

Summary: There is a misalignment between the hotel and hotels.com. Once we arrived, they told us that our rate didn't include any meal and we paid full-board on the website. Now, Hotels.com does not want to refund me for the payment we needed to make to have the meals at the hotel. The hotel is under maintenance. This was not informed in advance. There is a lot of noise during the day, and the view gets really bad. Inside, the rooms need to be updated.

Summary: big renovation ongoing. Pool area noy useable Outside breakfast area not useable. Construction noise from early till late Hotel should announce this and give a discount. Very unsatisfied. Very nice and polite staff allover.

Summary: Everything was beyond wonderful! Beautiful wide open private beach and a perfect pool. Only thing that was a little inconvenient and an eye sore was the ongoing major construction by the beach/pool area, however I should point out that both the pool and beach were still completely accessible and open for use! I would definitely stay again when visiting the Dubai area. We traveled from Chicago, USA.

Summary: This was a nice stay, regardless of the ongoing construction work onsite. The staff did its best to accommodate for all our needs, the room cleanliness was top notch. Special thanks to Kishi at the reception, Sonam, Vinesheree, Anastasiya, Amina at Naseem restaurant, Supun at Zanzi Bar, and Rabiul and Sujan for keeping our room neat and clean. Hope to come back to appreciate the new site and amenities!
