Positive: It's not a self check in apartments you would need to meet up with the landlord to collect keys. Discuss with him if your flight arrives late in the night :)

Positive: Flat was super clean and big, not far away by walk to the city center, commodation content was really good, a lot of parking places in front of the building, owner was pretty pleasant, so big reccomedence and the biggest rating star from me!
