Newly Refurbished apartment which boasts high ceilings and comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Centrally located on a quiet street of a lovely viennese period building district, it's only 4 minutes walking distance to the closest subway station & tram stop.
50 msq. ground floor apartment featuring:

Summary: Great place. The two of us had a good time. Can walk to town in about 35 to 40 minutes. Lot of museums and tourist attractions. There are also places close by to eat at and very close to public transportation (However we just walked). The apartment had all the basics and also spices for cooking. The cost of the taxi from the airport to here are 50 Euro. When going back we booked online and it was 37 Euro. The heating worked great.

Summary: “Anita is a great host! Friendly, polite, extremely helpful and kind. We forgot a book in the apartment, she kept it and promptly returned it to a friend of mine. Excellent English. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped, and super clean. Really close to the metro station and to a tram station, so it is easy to get to the city centre and other interesting parts of Vienna. Very nice neighbourhood, with very good shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend it!”

Summary: Very nice apartment, very well equipped and ideally located for visiting Vienna. There is a tram and metro a few minutes away and all the necessary shops. It was very convenient getting to all the sights. The welcome and advice of Anita were perfect. An address to recommend without reservations!

Summary: Salvatore’s place exceeded our expectations. Could not have been cleaner! Fully equipped kitchen plus a washer/dryer combo made our stay super convenient. Location was great close to both metro and trams. Would definitely book this place again. Anita was lovely and answered all of our questions upon check in :)

Summary: We had a great time in this apartment and we'll be happy to visit again. Anita was a great and very helpful hostess, who even waited for us a bit longer, since we were stuck in traffic (our fault, we got a taxi, instead of the metro!). The apartment is located in a nice, calm area and you can quickly get to all Vienna attractions by metro - the nearest station is 2 minutes away from the apartment. The bed is super comfortable and all the furniture is in really high quality. We'll definitely use the same property when we go back to Vienna.

Summary: It is Meticulously clean! 100m away from the Subway. Because it is on the ground floor it's not hot through the summer in the property. Billa is very close so you can buy breakfast, water... (Actually the tab water is great but we realised it later :)) This place is not very close to the attractions, so no much noise, but because of the subway is easy to reach fast the center.

Summary: Spacious, clean, well equipped, close to public transportation ...restaurants...grocery stores... The apartment was as advertised. We were met at the airport which I recommend if you are arriving on a transatlantic flight. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Summary: Having rented many apartments over the years in different countries many are hit and miss. This one is certainly a hit. The apartment is very very spacious, it is big even to Australian standards, it is also very clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. Everything from the bed linen to the teaspoons are in great condition. The bathroom and kitchen are brand new. The apartment is in a good, safe and handy neighbourhood and the best thing is the metro and tram are on your doorstep, we chose the metro as it was faster and got you to more locations. To find the metro walk out of the apartment, turn left, cross the road cut through the park and its right there. 3 minute walk! The supermarkets abound, they are in the next street over (martingasse st) and they will offer you variety. Across the road is a handy pub that serves good home cooked meals and the staff are lovely. Try to explore the neighbourhood if you have time, it is actually a lovely area with lots of boutique shops and interesting things to do like visiting the local markets. Ingrid the manager is lovely and will order you a taxi if you need one and she was on hand at all times. Other than that we highly recommend this apartment and would definetely stay here again.
