Summary: We bought our stay with breakfast included, when we arrived they said it is not included! So we had to make other arrangements. Room cleaning was sporadic, we had to call almost every day to get the room cleaned! Facility otherwise was clean and comfortable

Summary: It was my first time visiting Antalya, and this hotel truly made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is incredibly convenient, the property itself is upscale and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. If I return to Antalya in the future, this will definitely be my go-to hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Summary: Absolutely beautiful entrance, surrounded by pink and purple flowers that give a luxurious first impression. The staff at the entrance were friendly and professional, and the same goes for the reception team – we felt truly welcomed right away. We stayed in a Skyline Suite on the fourth floor, which was just the right size for a family of two adults and two children. The room was fresh, modern, and well laid out. Since we arrived quite late (around 8:30 PM), we asked about food options and were recommended to visit the Urban Chic Lounge on the 10th floor. There we met a guy working at the buffet – incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. It made a great impression. When we got to the room, we noticed one bed was missing, but the staff came immediately after we called and fixed it quickly and professionally. Excellent service! Just a few days ago, we stayed at Rixos Downtown Antalya, where the staff were cold, unfriendly, and barely spoke English. The hotel was overcrowded and still charged premium prices – around €2400 per night for our room. It was a disappointing experience. This hotel, on the other hand, cost less than half and offered a much better stay. The rooms were fresher, and the staff far more professional and welcoming. I can honestly say that this hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended – we will definitely come back! 10 out of 10.

Summary: This is a great hotel, it has everything you need and staff readily available to help if you haven’t! I have stayed several times and it’s also been great. Only downside is that before it was renovated you used to get small extras, eg: free drink on arrival, little extras left most days and now there isn’t.
