Positive: Property was clean and had just about everything we needed. Close to interstate and dodge st to get anywhere in Omaha within 15 minutes.
Negative: More blankets would have been a perk. We did not cook but if someone wanted to use the kitchen, there is limited cooking supplies. Parking is out of the host control but it is very limited and the spots are tight.

Positive: Spacious, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. It was exactly as advertised. Easy access and great communication with the owner.
Negative: Bathroom ventilation and loud AC, but it was not bothering us.
Summary: Very convenient and comfortable; would definitely recommend or stay again.

Positive: Key access was emailed and clear. Prompt answers when text. Esp with the issues, they came and took care of asap. Loved the two bedroom and two bathroom Felt like a safe area Liked the book of instructions
Negative: Wasn't very clean inside and outside the door Didn't answer phone calls, just texts There were ants! And hair in both shower/tubs and on the comforter. Had to change bedding because orig sheet didn't fit the bed. There was a pill on floor under bed. Coffee grounds were left in coffee maker Parking was very tight and it's literally first come first serve No laundry on site

Positive: Code for door was sent prior to check in. Easy to use. The apartment was well maintained and comfortable.
Negative: There was a loud banging from the water pipes upstairs. The bed was comfortable, but I sunk so it was hard to turn over.
