Summary: i wasn’t planing to stay in bolu but i had one of my best experiences in bolu and the hotel was extremely clean and quiet place i want to thank all the staff and especially the receptionist mr aytac .

Summary: I have stayed in bolu for a week and i stayed at akyol in the last day before i leave bolu and if i did see akyol at the first day that i came to bolu i would stay there for the whole week , its very comfy and the location of the hotel is perfect the rooms were pretty fine so far everything was great .

Summary: No proper air conditioning, poor lighting in hallways, the bathroom and toilet were in a terrible condition. Shower cabin had no door and water splashed everywhere and covered the bathroom floor with water. Curtains and blinds were missing and the light was on the entire night and there wasn’t much privacy due to missing curtains. The restaurant where the breakfast was served was very cold in the early morning. The twin beds were not the standard twin mattress and it seemed like it was for small children. We stayed there for three days and no one came for housekeeping. The shampoo and soap weren’t provided enough for 2 people. The staff barely knew english.
