Positive: Hands down the Chef. The food was amazing. The Riesling cream soup with fresh herbs was to die for!! I ate it 2x & it is incredibly quaint & charming building so loved that..
Negative: The address is not accurate. The address says Rudesheim on Rhine. But the hotel is in the town before, Assxxxx . I got off at the wrong train station. & in my messaging with the hotel in the lead up to arrival no-one mentioned it. I was not happy…

Positive: The staff allowed us to efficiently and quickly change room because of a problem we had and each day a member of staff kept checking that everything was good with our change of room. It was good and professional management.
Negative: We had to change room as it smelt of dog and my wife has dog dander allergies. On our second night there was large gaps of time between courses when we asked for no pause. The serving staff advised it was the kitchen. We found it too long, ie 1.5 hrs and still waiting for our dessert. We almost gave up. I would have done so but husband wanted his pudding! When we complained for the third time it came immediately.
