Positive: It was a fabulous weekend. The host Mr Pascuale treated us like royalty , provided a transfer back and to the airport, also to the train station, brought us fresh croissants every morning, wine for the evening , he anticipated needs that we did not even know we had. The apartment is wonderful , very well located and posh. We will surely come back and will recommend it to our friends that wanna travel to Lamezia. Just perfect ! Beyond our dreams! Positive: I had a wonderful stay at Pasquale’s apartment in Lamezia! From the start, Pasquale was incredibly kind and responsive—he even picked me up from the train station at no extra cost, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The apartment itself is fantastic: modern, spotless, and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed, blackout blinds, and a lovely outdoor patio perfect for relaxing. Everything inside feels fresh and new. The next morning, Pasquale drove me to the airport for a very reasonable fee, making my departure stress-free. I highly recommend staying here—Pasquale is a great host and his place is a true gem!
Negative: My only regret is that I didn't stay longer. One night is too short to appreciate this place, Lamezia, nice people and rich culture of Calabria

Positive: Staying at Pasquale’s apartment truly felt like visiting our warm and welcoming Italian uncle. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home. The apartment is exactly as described—spotlessly clean, cozy, and ideally located. The free parking is a rare and much-appreciated bonus in the area. But what really made our stay special was Pasquale himself. His attention to detail and genuine care were evident in every little gesture—from the thoughtful bottle of wine waiting for us, to the sweets and pastries for the kids, and the incredible complimentary breakfast at Mastroianni, one of Lamezia’s best cafés. It wasn’t just a place to sleep—it was an experience that made us feel part of the local life, even if just for a short while. We left with full hearts and a sincere wish to return as soon as life allows. If you have the chance to stay here, don’t hesitate. Book it and give yourself the gift of feeling at home, even far from home.

Positive: The apartment was super clean, everything worked and looked brand new. Great shower, comfy bed, stove and oven. The apartment was well supplied with coffee tea, coffee maker, bottled water and the host provided a bowl of delicious tangerines and a nice bottle of wine. Lots of towels, good drawer and closet space. Lots of restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk. Pasquale was an amazing host, lived next door, brought us freshly made muffins, rice balls and pastries on several different days. He was also willing to pick us up from the train station and take us to the airiport for a small fee. He was always available for questions. A nice table and chairs on a little patio. Really a great stay and highly recommend. Thank you Pasquale!
Negative: We liked pretty much everything. The apartment does not have a dishwasher or clothes washer but that was no issue for us. Really it was a wonderful place!

Positive: Pasquale the owner is very kind, informative and makes you feel most welcome. The accommodation is like a home from home with many unexpected extras like a bottle of wine, oranges, bottles of water, etc. It was lovely to sit outside in the morning in the early sun with a coffee. Also included vouchers for breakfast at a local cafe with fantastic croissants and coffee.
Negative: Nothing. It was perfect and we can't wait to return again next year.

Positive: The place was very clean, cozy, and well furnished. The location was central, however it was very quite at the same time. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and he made sure we had everything we needed. A bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival. I would highly recommend the place if you want have a nice experience, and I will be happy to come back :)
