Positive: It is a great spacious house that is ideal both for a big company and just for 1. It was warm. The kitchen has everything required. The location is very close to the center with all the shops and cafes. The most pleasant part of our stay was the hospitality and the kindness of the hostess. If I come to Kutaisi again, I’ll choose this place to stay for sure.

Positive: This is already our third stay at this hotel, and each time we are convinced that we made the absolutely right choice. Even during bad weather — when it was snowing and the conditions outside were far from pleasant — inside we felt truly at home: warm, calm, and genuinely cozy. Special thanks go to the caring hostess, who surrounds her guests with sincere kindness and delights them with her wonderful homemade cooking. The achma and khachapuri deserve a special mention — unforgettable flavors that stay with you long after your stay. Over time, we have become almost like family. During this visit, I jokingly asked my wife if we should try a different hotel — she looked at me with such surprise that it immediately became clear: even if I wanted to, there would be no chance of convincing her 😀 I can no longer imagine coming here without staying at Ala’s Old District. I highly recommend this place to everyone who values a homely atmosphere, peace and quiet, cleanliness, comfort, and true coziness.

Positive: All perfect! The owner is the best! 4 bedrooms on the same floor. Big living room with piano and the kitchen is on the lower floor. We can't find the remote control of air-condition. The owner had to drive for 30 mins from her home to our place in order to show us where the remote control of air conditions is.

Positive: We loved our stay for two nights. We found a very beautiful, practical and clean apartment. The owner is welcoming and when we had a problem with the shower she came immediately and fixed it. The place is very close to the center (Bolt is also very cheap here). On the last evening she even brought us a very good khachapuri she made herself. We definitely recommend.

Positive: Host Ana has performed great hospitality when visiting. She gave as a lot useful instruction where to go for dinner or what places we have visit. Appartments were preciselly cleaned and spacious, there were three bathrooms and yard with grilling possibilties (we grilled a superb shashlik one evening). Location is very central, there are many small shops nearby and main market in walking distance.

Positive: As always, I never cease to be amazed at these hotels and the service provided by the owner. This time, my wife and I were offered to move into a new apartment designed for a couple or a small family of 3-4 people. The apartment looks chic, clean and cozy. Comfortable bed furniture, there is a folding sofa in the living room. Air conditioner, TV, kitchen equipped with new technology. in general, everything is provided for the comfort of guests. If you choose this hotel and you are a family of 2-3-4 people, I strongly recommend staying here. Special thanks to the hostess who welcomed us very warmly and was ready at any time of the day to help us in any situation we wanted to understand, whether it was making a tour map or buying souvenirs and local delicacies. Thank you very much for your care and professionalism. Be sure to come back again
