Positive: Alavya was absolutely amazing, their team, the rooms, everything. One of the most considered places I have stayed, they think of absolutely everything. The massage in the spa was exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic. Beautiful pool and garden area. Extremely helpful concierge suggesting and booking restaurant etc. Our room was spacious, light elegantly furnished. just gorgeous.
Negative: The location in the middle of town meant that a noisy bar/club next door gave us lots of loud music after 10pm until about 1:30am, they did everything to make up for it, including offering a room change but we needed to wear ear plugs. Such a shame as it is incredibly tranquil. and this only happens in July/August I gather.
