Positive: The location is excellent. The staff were very helpful.
Negative: My shower was from the 1970's and I had to get in sideways. Quite tricky getting out. The breakfast is pretty terrible. You have to go down the street to a cafe, which is fine, but the set menu was dysmal and the staff at the cafe were forgetfu. It did not feel like a $500 a night experience.
Summary: Location can't really be improved on but that is absolutely what you are paying for.

Negative: Not all buildings have elevators.

Positive: Location was excellent and the main reason we selected the hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy and well maintained. The room we had was junior suite and was a good size. Staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful.
Negative: The breakfast was very average and Id suggest patrons not to purchase their breakfast. The hotel outsources the breakfast to a small restaurant 100 mtres away. You would do better looking further afield. The breakfast staff were very nice and provided great service but the food was below average. The room we felt was noisy at night as there are many restaurants just outside the premises. It didnt really settle down with the noise till usually 2am even early in the week. Music playing and singing. The double glazing on windows didnt help much. We still enjoyed our stay but some information for patrons. Its also very expensive, your paying for the location.
Summary: Perfectly located in Rome to get you to most of the major attractions within walking distance.

Positive: Location was wonderful. We had a view of the pathenon out the windows
Negative: Don't stay there if you don't want to be in the middle of it all!!! There was a lot of noise in the square. We knew that when we booked and we did not mind.
