Positive: Nice, comfortable room. Check in process was easy and staff were friendly and helpful.
Negative: No kettle for tea/coffee.
Summary: Lovely hotel, would use again.

Positive: The personal was very friendly and helpful. There has also been very great interaction with my children and they also assisted for parking space, which is not included in this accomodation. The location of the hotel was great (about 20 minutes walk from the main city centre). Also great that the bus stop is just outside of the hotel. Very easy for commuting.
Summary: Spontantious trip to Luxembourg - a very nice treat!

Positive: Very comfy room, bed was made and cleaned when I left the room. TV was good and internet. Had problems getting out of Car park but managed to get help. Location was good as near petrol station and plenty of restaurants around. Good location as not too far from main city and buses come and go just outside the hotel so transport is convenient.
Negative: Reception was open on limited hours so if I needed or wanted to know something help wasn't always there.
