Negative: Problem with shuttle bus waited for more than 1 hour to be picked up . Different prices been charged for different drivers and not been dropped off in departure zone very disappointing

Positive: Breakfast: Excellent, simple, fresh pastries and coffee Great location, friendly staff and other guests Modern, quiet, clean

Negative: Couldn't figure out fan/AC unit. Seemed to be off which I understand but it was late May and I end up sweating in the middle of the night with no air in the room. The sound proof windows are top-notch, but if you open them, there is lots of noise from the downtown area late at night.
