Positive: Te property is located in Capraccotta as explained on the directions , to can’t miss it . The mountain and the valley is great for winter and I bet it’s more beautiful in summer

Negative: Could use some updates or adds like a fridge or microwave in room , but other than that amazing

Positive: Cleaniness, room was comfortable and the staff were kind.

Negative: It was not as close to the Rocarraso Ski Resort as stated on Booking.com. it was actually 45-60 minutes away. The roads had snow.
