Positive: The owner / proprietor was so lovely and hospitable.
Negative: Not a big deal—but the property is in a state of construction right now. The elaborate coffee maker in the corridor was hugely noisy (as were the guests trying to figure outwit worked!)—would move it to downstairs.

Positive: No breakfast available here Stephanie the owner was lovely and welcoming. Sh e helped us find a delicious restaurant for dinner. She gad great cookies available with the complimentary coffee and tea service.
Negative: The other guests were very rude as they filled up their coffee cups and left in the morning. We didn't have to be up as early as they did and we would have appreciated not being awakened by their conversations in the hallway by our door.
Summary: Lovely host, lovely inn, great town to visit.

Positive: Beautiful location, communicative and lovely host, large, immaculate room and easy parking.
Negative: 4 other rooms in the Inn on the same floor so you could hear people coming and going but it was not a problem.
Summary: Beautiful spot in a charming town with 1 hour drive to the ferry.

Positive: When we arrived Stephanie escorted us up to our room. It was well appointed and comfortable. Parking is across street. A little tricky to find the first time around the block.
