Positive: The owner is incredibly helpful with all questions I have. The room is located on the beach. A nice balcony.
Negative: It is outdated. Some improvements such as new bad clothes can be done easily. Considering the outdated room conditions the price appears to be too high.

Positive: Excellent location bang on the beach, very helpful staff( Mr. Rupesh), spacious room with kitchen and it's accesories. Have one suggestion....please fix an exhaust fan in the kitchen
