Summary: The room was so hot and it took the AC log time to cool it down. I asked for coffee and water, they charge me 5$!

Summary: Stunning views all around the property especially that of the Crusader castle which was beautifully lit at night.. I would also like to compliment all the hotel staff members, especially Etienne, Joseph, Eddy, Elie and John, who were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious! My compliments to the chef and the helpers! I would go back in a heartbeat!

Summary: Great location, very close to the old souk of jbeil, and the staff is friendly. The basic room we had was very small but not bad for a couple of nights, the shower is nice but water would leak outside yhe shower and wet the whole floor. Breakfast was not good, maybe because it was off season?

Summary: Everything was great. Receptionist Adriana and another guy always help us. A room and also bathroom was clean with modern equipment. Everyday supplies shampoo, shower gel , toiletries and 2 bottles of water. Breakfast was with amazing view in Byblos Citadel and great Lebanese food. Waiter prepared for us coffee what kind of coffee we want … ice coffee. We spent there 4 nights and it was great time. Public beach was only 10 minutes by walk.
