Nestled on 150 acres. 5 miles from Titusville.
Lots of wild life and beautiful sunsets.
Plenty of room for biking and hiking.
Located on original family farm and farmhouse dating back to 1923.
The house was completely "gutted" and remodeled in 2018 for my handicap son who was in a wheelchair. It is completely accessible, including a built in overhead lift in the bedroom and a custom tile roll in shower.
Attached garage can accommodate two cars, or a wheelchair van.
Handicap entrance is from garage. Front porch wraps around two sides of the house and is also accessible.
Note: there are stairs from porch to front walkway, and kitchen is not set up for a person in a wheelchair to cook.

Summary: What a beautiful refurbished farmhouse. We enjoyed our peaceful stay, watching sunsets from the porch. Farmhouse is close enough to town and Oil Creek state park, but far enough in the country to be peaceful and relaxing. House was nicely decorated and host was very helpful and responsive. Good selection if you are in the area.
