Positive: The most pleasant, comfortable and beautiful apartment we have stayed in recently. We woke up to the sun shining on the bed and smelling the sea. We watched the sunrise from the terrace overlooking the sea. They made our stay easier with a plug adapter, coffee maker, washing machine, stove, iron, hairdryer and many other accessories. Many programs, wonderful memories. I recommend it to everyone and wish it well! We were there at the very end of November, the weather was great, we swam in the sea.

Positive: Love location. Alex is very accommodating. In the feedback he texted about places to eat, drink and have generally good time. It’s second time we are staying here and I’m sure we will stay here next time.
Negative: Maybe a bit noisy but it’s expected when you are living in the centre.

Positive: This apartment is amazing! Splendid location, in front of the beach, so you can fall asleep at night listening to the waves of the sea. The apartment has all necessary stuff inside. The owners are great people, very friendly. There is a taxi service also. There are plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. Additionally, the boat tours/cruises also start just 3 min walk from the apartment.

Positive: Expensive for the size of the place, but you pay for the location really, directly across from the main beach. In the heart of a Larnaca Beach and a good mixed with all the restaurants and small shops. Sound well insulated and quiet when the balcony door is closed. Beautiful sun and evening moon rises out of the sea, from The balcony. Small kitchen area fully equipped with the all you need. Easy self-checkin/out. Host made great effort to check in on me via WhatsApp, which was well appreciated - thanks, Alex.
Negative: Unfortunately the shower was a huge HUGE disappointment, as there was very little water pressure, and the water streamed a little more than a trickle out. No way to feel fully rinsed and clean. The Host said because of ‘gravity’ there was nothing he could. However I feel this should be mentioned in the rental description, and not a discovery after of the rental!! It makes it seem underhanded and not upfront! No one likes to be dealt with in such away - this place is not cheap! Small place and then no proper shower?? Not good!!
Summary: Ok for a short beachfront break.

Negative: On the weekend, the bar directly down the building plays music til midnight which is annoying if you want to have an early night.

Positive: I mostly liked the great location with the balcony overlooking Finikoudes beachfront promenade, surrounded by bars and restaurants and right across from the beach. I had business to do in Nicosia, which was no problem at all because the Intercity Bus stop was just a short walk away and there are buses going every hour between Finikoudes Beach and Solomou square in the center of Nicosia. Also, there is a taxi service and bus service to the airport right next to it. Very convenient!
Negative: Being right in the center of nightlife in Larnaca, of course there is live music nearby on the weekend, but I didn't mind.

Positive: I loved that the studio was so close to the beach and the balcony had the direct view of the sea. The communication with the hosts was excellent, and they were very helpful with all sorts of information. A pleasant surprise was that i could use a very nice gym for free.
