Positive: Amazing views, nice, clean cottage, you will have all place for yourself, everything what you need is there, BBQ, spices, good internet, comfortable bed, towels in the bathroom, sofa downstairs could be a second double bed, really helpful host can answer for any of your questions, If you need a rest it's the best place. Isn't easy to get there especially if you have UK car with tow bar (last 50 meters wasn't great for me) but really worth it. My kids had lots of fun observing lizards in the patio, 15 minutes driving form cottage is nice lake (Lago Di piano), 10 minutes drive to closest shop or 20 minutes to Carrefour.
Negative: Fridge could be bigger but this isn't a issue.
Summary: Great place, highly recommended

Positive: BBQ on site which was just as well because the chalet is isolated. Little fenced terrace which was good for our dog to feel safe. Easy access for walking our dog.
Negative: Extremely narrow and steep winding access road. Had to park 50 mt downhill as our car was too big for the driveway and we had not been forewarned sufficiently. To gain access for unloading and loading we had to create ramps using wood we found locally. Little shade for the terrace. Kitchen had damp throughout all cupboards downstairs and smelt mouldy. No oven. A hotel sized fridge which held almost nothing. Making it useless for self catering. Plus it rattled and gurgled continuously. Sofa smelt of mould. Two air conditioners (not connected) full of dead flies as were various corners of all the two rooms. Plus myriad amounts of cobwebs. Various unidentified squashed bugs still not cleaned when we arrived. We contacted the owner two days after arriving and a cleaner came over two days after this but didn’t clean properly. Fortunately we left two days after that. Shower would not drain and shower curtain was mouldy. An old used pumice stone had been left which we found quite disgusting Stair access was very narrow and steep so our dog could not get up. Plus getting our suitcases upstairs was very difficult. Not all the power sockets seemed to work outside there was a serious issue with Ants which we had to deal with ourselves.

Negative: Unfortunately, I have to write that the cabin is less suitable for summer, the road to it is challenging, there is no air conditioner/fan and it is not possible to leave the windows open because there are no nets and there are lots of insects.

Positive: Beautiful views, very friendly and helpful host. She went above and beyond and helped us to get to the location (her friend ended up driving us there!). Was very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. I wish we stayed longer than one night. The area is full of exceptional hiking opportunities!
Negative: Was a little too ambitious with getting to the location by bus. It is possible, but with a bit of effort.

Positive: The chalet itself and the area are incredibly beautiful. Everything has been thought of, and it's really fun to explore everything. We slept well, cooked, and even enjoyed a glass of wine by the fire in the fireplace. We loved it!
