Positive: The staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for us
Negative: The stairs !!! No magnifying mirror . Needs a dressing table with plugs nearby for ladies to do their hair and make up . One more pillow would have been nice

Positive: A great overall experience by their friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good (highly recommended). The studio room was very comfortable and clean. Very close to the train station, shops, restaurants and bars. A great location in a very pleasant area. I would definitely return for another stay.
Negative: The studio apartment is situated in a separate location apart from the hotel, a short 2 minute walk, (1 block towards the river/centre). I was not aware of this at the time of booking however, so this came unexpected. The only inconvenience is you have to walk back and forth to the hotel if you book a breakfast or dinner during your stay.
