Summary: I have stayed here before and it was good. Unfortunately it seems it may have changed hands. The bed in my room was like sleeping on the floor (so hard and uncomfortable), outside there was rubbish on the stairway and Unfortunately if you have no reception staff and all i get is a generic text message with instructions its a 1 star for staff. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay again.
