Summary: The room & facilities oneself were clean, the gym lacked equipment but I expected this much from a hotel gym. I do wish they invest in newer softer towels, love the embroidered towels but it’s time for an update and their TV’s are quite outdated. All staff from front desk to housekeeping were respectfully, attentive and poised professionally. I’d stay there again if I’m in town.

Summary: Great location, close to the downtown Soria area with parking. Great breakfast cafeteria. Clean and in great shape. Would definitely come back.

Summary: My wife and I stayed here for one night in Soria and had a great experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Laura at the front desk was especially pleasant, approachable, and very helpful with recommendations for places to visit and have dinner. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the underground parking is very secure, which was a big plus. The only small downside was that parking was a bit tricky with our large car. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was filling, and the staff were courteous and accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay.

Summary: Friendly counter staff & good room, was a bit noisy because of Hard Floors & people slamming doors, breakfast was a bit disappointing especially the very poor coffee & limited fruit ( wouldn't do that again) especially as you can just pop into Bar/Cafe from street & that way get guaranteed quality coffee
