Positive: The interaction with the host, the check in was easy and the location of the house was close to our route.
Negative: Honestly, for the price we paid we didn't expect to sleep in the basement of the house. The main bedroom has no windows no bedside lamps just plastic plants. Ceilings has the pipings of the floor above. There was just one towel per person when normally there should be two. The breakfast was also not aligned with our expectations: was poor and improvised. I think there should be more care about basic but important details.

Positive: The bed was very comfortable, beautiful bedroom and entire house, big kitchen where you can use, storage food in the fridge, breakfast available by Alfred, very kind host. The house has free parking on the street and you can have 20 minutes walk about 1 kilometer from the center. Totally recommended.

Positive: A guest house beyond expectation. The property and the room was beautifully renovated, homely and clean. The instructions given by the host were clear and timely. The value for money was very good. The friendly host Alfred was a young entrepreneur who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Alfred was also very open to suggestions of tips and improvements which he put in place immediately. The spacious kitchen was free to use with all the necessary utensils and we could comfortly have dinner at the property without having to go out to restaurants each night. Guests are free to store private food in the fridge. Overall a very pleasant stay that we highly recommend.
Negative: If coming by car the property has only 3 parking spaces so it is first come first serve but it is just as easy to park on the street outside the property. It is a calm residential area.
Summary: Overall a very pleasant stay above expectations that we highly recommend.

Positive: A very nice house with warm interior. Spacious kitchen. Beautiful living room. Opportunity to wash and dry clothes.
Negative: Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, we could hear the neighbor snoring, the curtain is way too thin to make sure you have a dark room in the early morning. The breakfast options are fairly limited. Some jams would be nice. We didn't mind the do it yourself approach. Maybe no meat and instead vegan spread or something. One bathroom for all is a bit stressful at times.

Positive: We had a nice stay at Alfreds Guesthouse. The house with terrace and garden is very calm and comfortable. The rooms, kitchen and bathroom are perfectly equipped. The house has a nice open atmosphere. Alfred is always joignable and a perfect host. Recommanded place!

Positive: It was a newly renovated house, very nicely done. Apart from our room, we could, if we wanted, also spend time in the kitchen and livingroom and garden. Everything worked smoothly from arrival with self-check in to departure.
Negative: Everything was great, and the location was walking distance to the centre and the lake.
