Positive: The house was very clean, and well stocked with supplies. It was in a convenient location, close to our plans, and we would definitely stay there again.
Negative: The only issue we had was that the bed frame in the back room squeaked so badly anytime someone moved that my kids had a really hard time sleeping. One of them ended up on the couch it was so bad - it could be heard from other rooms.

Positive: Great location for our purposes, beds were comfy, clean and well furnished.
Negative: The water is extremely hot. We were traveling with children and it would have been nice if there was a warning. Basic things like salt and pepper, cooking oil maybe would be nice. There was very some pepper but salt was essentially empty. There were only 3 coffee pods to share between several adults over 3 days. The coffee machine really needs a small pitcher or something to fill the water. Filling with a coffee cup of water it splashes all over the place.
