Positive: Beautiful resort in a quiet location. Pool area and beach were great for a relaxing stay and the beach bar was perfect for an evening cocktail. It was easy to get a cab to the busier part of Nha trang to eat in the evening if you wanted a change from the hotel restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

Positive: Remember that taxi access from the airport is about an hour to Nha Trang. Resort - The Garden rooms were very private clean cool, and comfortable, don't expect a view from the room though, they are behind other units. The food quality was excellent and culturally varied as you would expect. Health Spa was excellent. Pools - kids tended to frequent in the round pool, leaving the square pool generally to adults which was great - the view from this pool towards the city skyline was lovely day or night. Great relaxing resort for couples wanting to unwind.
Negative: Sun lounge reserving. It did not affect us greatly, but with only 12 or so lounges at the square pool, half were reserved most of the day by people who had also reserved lounges by the sea, and alternated between the two. Management should address the issue.
Summary: Great resort for a 7 day break to unwind.

Positive: The location being outside the town was quieter which was welcomed - the breakfasts were magnificent with every conceivable option available - the resort was clean and staff were pleasant although rather too eager to clean the room in the morning
Negative: Rather expensive both food and accommodation

Positive: The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was clean and spacious and breakfast was good. The sauna and massage included in our room were great. Communication via WhatsApp was fast and helpful. The boys opening car doors were lovely.
Negative: The adjoining door in our room was extremely thin, it's as if the family next door were IN our room at 07:00 am every morning and in the afternoons. Lots of guests, nowhere near enough sun loungers around the pools. Shower and toilet door/walls open at the bottom, not great, I really don't need to hear everything and toilet floor wet for ages after a shower. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, but some really don't know how to smile. Some were literally unfriendly, like one of the guys making omelettes and soup in the morning. Not many of the staff speak English so can actually ask a question or have a conversation. Communication happens via WhatsApp where they can use a translator. If prices for food/drinks were lower, more people would stay and eat and drink at hotel rather than going outside of resort.
