Positive: The facilities in this property were excellent, from the laundry in the basement to the lovely pool and terrace on the roof. Loved the mini kitchenette in the room and that the hotel left a starter pack of capsule coffee pods and washing materials to clean the crockery etc. Well equipped kitchenette. Rooms were well planned and comfortable bed. Great shower room plenty of hot water Water coffee and a vending snack machine in reception area. Staff were very friendly. The cleanliness was exceptional . We used the parking facility after the first night as street parking was nearly impossible. Excellent value fir money even better if you book in advance and get a great deal.
Negative: Travelled in January so the heating was programmed to be on, which was great but made the room a bit over hot for my liking, We struggled with the controller on the wall to try to lower the temperature. Location in a working class residential area. The streets did show some wear and tear. With many apartments in the same street, We occasionally heard some street noice but to be expected. Approx 20 mins walk to the seafront,mushroom Street Castle etc a distance but doable . Not as easy if you want to keep popping back to the room if on a beach holiday for example. But in general a great base to explore and you can't fault the deduct and facilities. I would definitely return

Positive: Communication and arrangements regarding the stay were quick and clear, and the staff were extremely helpful. The apartment is located in a good area: nearby you have a pharmacy, supermarket and small shops with fruits and groceries,,bistro where you can grab something to eat since there is no restaurant in Aparthotel. The city center and Castillo de Santa Bárbara are very easy to reach on foot. If you don’t like walking, the bus stop is just a few meters away. The apartment is clean, tidy, and comfortable.
Negative: The neighborhood itself is quite dirty. This has nothing to do with the apartment or just that neighbourhood itself, but rather with Alicante in general. People walk their dogs but often do not pick up after them, so there is dog waste everywhere, and the area smells strongly of urine. There are also many stray cats that leave their traces… We visited in January; the rooftop pool was open but not heated and extremely cold, making it rather pointless to list it as an amenity during the winter months.
Summary: It is a genuinely nice accommodation, especially for young people traveling on a budget
